The city of Copenhagen invites the participants of the SSAI Congress 2019 to a welcome reception at the Copenhagen City Hall.
Participation is free of charge but please register for the reception when you register for the congress.
Congress Dinner

Restaurant Paafuglen, Tivoli Gardens
The congress dinner will take place in the beautiful Tivoli Gardens situated in the very centre of Copenhagen. You are welcome to enter the garden before the dinner and take a walk on your own. The venue of the dinner is the classic Restaurant Paafuglen close to the main entrance.
Price: DKK 930
Included in the price: Entrance to the Tivoli Gardens, welcome drink, 3-course dinner, wine and coffee.
Register for the dinner when you register for the congress.

We are happy to pass on an invitation from Mikkeller Running Club (MRC) to all participants in SSAI Congress 2019!
On Thursday August 29th you are invited to a morning run of 5 or 10 km (whichever distance you prefer) guided by Mikkeller Running Club. We will meet in the lobby of Tivoli Congress Center at 7.00 am and you will be back at the hotel at 8.30 am.
You can register for this event by sending an e-mail to [email protected] before August 27th. During the congress you can register for the event at the Registration Desk of the Tivoli Congress Center.
Mikkeller Running Club Mikkeller Running Club exists purely to offer an opportunity for like-minded runners to exercise together in a group and nothing more.
The club is mainly operated and managed by a number of volunteers in their free time and these volunteers cannot accept any responsibility for any events that occur at the club. These volunteers may or may not have taken any training/coaching.
Every person attending must take full and complete responsibility for their own actions. Know your limits.
Fancy a morning swim?

In Copenhagen you are never far from a beach and during summer you can also go for a swim in the many centrally located harbour baths. On hot days, Copenhageners swim with the city’s skyline in free view.
Harbour bath Fisketorvet has three separate pools: a children’s pool, a diving pool (5 meters deep with a 1-meter, a 2-meter, and a 3-meter diving board), and swimming pool (5 meters deep).
On Friday August 30th we will meet in the lobby of Tivoli Congress Center at 7.00 am and from here you will be escorted across the street to the Habour bath Fisketorvet. You will be back at the hotel no later than 8.00 am.

The quality of the water is checked daily.
Swimming in Copenhagen’s harbour is only permitted within the harbour baths and established bathing zones. Every person attending must take full and complete responsibility for their own actions.
