Oral Presentations
Speakers have to provide their presentations in the Speakers’ Preview Room located in room Akvariet 1 on the ground floor. This has to be done no later than two hours before the scheduled time of the session. PowerPoint presentations should be in format 16:9. (4:3 will create black areas in each side). Keynote (and Macs) cannot not be used.

Abstract Presentations
Posters will be displayed during the entire congress in the back of the Main Congress Hall. Posters are arranged by topic. Material for mounting posters will be available.
Moderated poster Walks are scheduled during the lunch breaks 29th and 30th August in that area. Posters should be constructed in portrait format to a maximum size of 90 cm (width) x 150 cm (height).
Oral presentation of abstracts takes place in the lecture rooms on 28th August 14.00-15.15 and on 29th August 14.45-15.55 with 5-minute oral presentations (Power Point, max 5 slides).
The Acta best abstract competition is 29th August 10.30-11.45 where each presenter will have 10 minutes for their oral presentation.
